Eligible products may be exchanged for another available item, subject to stock availability. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached. 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs. After verification, we will assist you with the appropriate resolution. 

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.
