Order Cancellation Before Shipment 
 

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first. 
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. 
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
   

Orders Already Shipped 

Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, after the product has been delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

At this time, we do not provide the option to modify products or update shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If your order is eligible for cancellation, you may cancel it and place a new order with the correct details.
